Xiao Liwu Falls Asleep During 16th Exam

Being a giant panda cub can be exhausting and Xiao Liwu proved that on morning of December 5, 2012 when he fell asleep during his weekly exam. Thankfully the San Diego Zoo Giant Panda Team was able to get a good look at him before he snoozed.
Veterinarian Tracy Clippinger, who conducted the exam saw eight teeth and could feel more ready to break through the gums. She could also feel that his muscles are getting stronger, he is thinning out, and his crawling has improved.
